By enabling paid links, you may be required to complete verification or onboarding steps with that provider. Payment disputes, chargebacks, processor holds, and compliance obligations may affect access to funds.
6. Fees
Payment processor fees, taxes, and any platform fees that may apply to paid content are your responsibility unless SendUnlock states otherwise. Fees and pricing may change over time. Continued use after a fee change takes effect means you accept the updated pricing.
7. Prohibited Use
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, access restrictions, or security measures.
- Do not misuse the service to spam, deceive, or impersonate others.
- Do not interfere with other users, payment flows, or platform operations.
8. Suspension and Termination
SendUnlock may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or links that violate these terms, create legal risk, involve fraud or abuse, or threaten the security or operation of the service.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may evolve as the product grows.
10. Disclaimer
SendUnlock provides the service on an “as is†and “as available†basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or fit for every use case.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SendUnlock will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
